One Plug Entertainment Brings The Fun

By Keith Donaldson

Fairfield County is having a blast thanks to One Plug Entertainment. With a unique outlook on how to entertain and bring smiles owner Chase Caldwell has struck a chord with the local community and has become one of the best DJs and entertainers in the area. He took some time to answer some questions about One Plug.

What separates your business from competitors?

What separates One Plug Entertainment from our competitors is that we don't view them as competition. My business is unique to itself because of my experience, training, education and professionalism. As a business owner and DJ I have trained at the world class Scratch academy in NYC, I have worked for Carnival Cruise and I also have a BA degree in entertainment business. My diverse experience and education have allowed me to serve clients from all walks of life. From young and old to black and white I have been able to cross cultural boundaries to bring a new flavor to the local weddings, parties and events. We don't strive to be the biggest we just work really hard to be the best.

How can your services enhance any party or event?

My role is not limited to just DJ'ing. I serve as an entertainment liaison for my clients. I consult with them to ensure the highest of quality for any celebration. I don't show up to play music, I curate an experience for clients and their guest. Combining our various services (DJ/Lighting/ Photo Booth & etc.) to create an event filled with lights, camera's and action. We bring the party every time with high energy delivery, personalized experience and memories you won't forget.

What else would you like to convey to the public about your business? What do you enjoy about your job?

This business is family owned and operated. My amazing wife Amanda has been involved since day one. She is the magic behind our flawless brand identity and social media presence. We have trained other family members to work alongside with us building opportunities for each other. Our primary customers are families and couples celebrating life's special moments. So when they come to us we don't treat them like customers we treat them like family. This has been a major factor to our growth, allowing many families to return to celebrate with us year after year.
