LifePath Yoga & Wellness Pushes Students To Their Potentials In Fairfield, CT

By Paul Rowe

Each person's path to wellbeing is unique. LifePath Yoga & Wellness owner Nina Antolino's understanding of the individual needs of every yoga student who walks through the door sets her studio apart from the rest. Antolino's discovery of her uncanny ability to unleash the potentials of others began when she faced adversity.

"At the height of my career, I developed a chronic stress-related illness and learned first-hand the impact stress has on one's personal and professional life," Antolino said. "I was introduced to yoga and meditation as I searched for a way to slow down and find balance in my fast-paced career. I started yoga to help me reduce stress and improve sleep."

This rewarding experience led Antolino to complete her Mindfulness Meditation training in 2000. Eventually, Antolino went on to gain her Interdisciplinary Yoga Certification through the Nosara Institute. Turning her attention away from her corporate career to her own wellbeing has helped Antolino vastly improve the lives of countless individuals in Connecticut for the last 16 years.

"LifePath Yoga & Wellness has been a vision of mine since I first stepped into the holistic arena," Antolino said. "My passion is to educate and empower each person to discover their own unique life path and realize their full potential."

Inspiration can only take place when students are comfortable. Luckily, LifePath's atmosphere is welcoming and intimate, inviting students of all levels of experience to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. LifePath's level of personalized attention and invigorating sense of community provides a refreshing alternative to larger studios or gyms. Beyond atmosphere, LifePath offers a wide variety of instruction that goes far beyond yoga.

"Yoga is just one of the many paths at LifePath Yoga & Wellness to develop a healthy body, relaxed mind, joyful spirit," Antolino said. "A variety of holistic offerings beyond yoga encourage authentic personal healing and growth."

Whether you are joining an "Intro to Yoga Series" or you are a seasoned practitioner, LifePath inspires its members to keep their minds and hearts open to new possibilities. Sometimes simply learning to remain still and mindful of the vibrant world around us allows for the possibility to reach deep inside ourselves. Once we reach within, we may discover the next healing step that can transform our lives for the better.

LifePath students experience innumerable benefits that range from improved flexibility, muscle strength, and bone health, all the way down to lower blood pressure and blood sugar. Through yoga, Fairfield residents increase their focus, deepen their sleep, and attain peace of mind.
