Find Your Motivation At Rose Fitness

By Elisha Neubauer

Rose Fitness is more than just a gym: it's a movement.

It is a community that gives clients a supportive environment where they get daily motivation and accountability.

Rose Fitness, located in New York, has one goal in mind, to build a stronger mindset in their clients, allowing them to take control of their stress and anxiety. The staff is a team of private fitness professionals that will help you with any wellness concern.

The facility offers a range of unique services aimed at accomplishing these goals. Services include live streamed training sessions, health and wellness seminars, one on one training, and free online workshops.

In addition, the facility offers an exclusive program called the Modern Man Movement. More than just a simple class, the Modern Man Movement is an extensive curriculum of the four pillars: training, nutrition, mindset, and environment. This program not only helps get you into shape, but also focuses on maintaining that shape by giving you the tools you need to succeed.

"The Modern Man Movement is an extensive program that helps professionally driven men rebuild themselves over 12 weeks," Jesse Rosenthal, Founder and Certified Personal Trainer, said. "We help them develop efficient training strategies that reboot their metabolism to burn calories all day long & sustain energy longer."

Those attending a Rose Fitness Health and Wellness Seminar will learn carefully designed strategies that will help corporate professionals of their caliber maintain healthy lifestyles in their chosen career path. These include training techniques which won't require hours in the gym, preparing meals to eat every two hours, action steps which can be implemented the next day in order to build a stronger metabolism, increase energy levels, and avoid feeling stiff and immobile.

Rosenthal founded the program based on personal experience, having worked in the corporate world himself.

"I love helping executives and entrepreneurs reboot their metabolism to make quick physical and mental transformations, and sustain them long-term," Rosenthal said. "It's what I have a passion for because I am coming from the corporate world previously."
