An Experience Behind the Lens With Jwarstyle

By Elisha Neubauer

In a world filled to the brim with access to cameras, why would one want to hire a professional photographer?

When you hire Jwarstyle, you get more than just a man with a digital camera. You can professionalism, artistic skill, and an eye for the beauty in every image. You get an experience.

Jay Warshavsky, owner and photographer of Jwarstyle, is a competitive spirit. He found his way into digital professional photography through a desire to do better than what was on the market. At the time, he had been working in a retail sales job in which they sold cameras. He purchased the Canon t2i and the rest just fell in line.

"I kept seeing images and I wondered, hmmmm...I can do better than this," Warshavsky said. "The competitive feeling drove me getting out there and doing the most I can to deliver amazing images."

Today Warshavsky focuses on improving his skill by shooting a variety of subjects. He feels this diversity allows him to learn more and avoid becoming stale. Through his company, Jwarstyle, he shoots everything from real estate and business products to events, fashion, and people. This range also allows Warshavsky to provide a combined knowledge of the field, giving a feel to his images which you wouldn't get elsewhere.

When it comes to his work efforts, Warshavsky focuses on being stress free. He wants the shoots to go as seamlessly as possible, for everyone involved. While his efforts during the shoot are focused and driven, it's his efforts in the editing room that seem to make the biggest impression on his clients. Anyone can point and click with a camera, take enough shots and you're bound to get a good one here or there. However, editing takes a skill level of its own.

"What most people don't realize: digital photos need to get edited, each time," Warshavsky said. "That requires editing skills. My photography service can offer clients high-end editing service."
